LaMode is a long-standing high-school fashion club in Hanoi. In its 11th year in active, I became the first unisex model to step into the roles of Head of Modeling, Catwalk Director, and Model Manager for our annual fashion show. Leading a team of over twenty models, some with more experience than me, posed its challenges. Building respect as a leader and fostering friendships among us were my priorities. I take pride in the professional standards we've achieved and the strong bonds we've developed within our model community.

One can say that LaMode raised me. I have been with LaMode since 10th grade, and until now, when I have graduated, my juniors still invite me back to help them with the club's work. I learned almost every skill I know and met many of my acquaintances through this club. LaMode is undoubtedly one big family that I love.

- Coordinated logistics, runway, backstage and ensured the smooth operation of the fashion show.

LaMode Showcase is an annual fashion event hosted by the LaMode club that captures significant attention and support. Drawing inspiration from everyday materials, LaMode consistently surprises viewers with creativity and unique expressions through each garment within an artistic setting.
The theme of LaMode Showcase 2023, titled "Song Vien," explored the future of humanity through two contrasting worlds: "Dystopia" and "Utopia." "Dystopia" portrayed a bleak, forsaken realm where misguided pursuits of unrealistic dreams have stripped away humane values, leading to greed and despair. In contrast, "Utopia" depicted a paradise where natural beauty harmoniously coexists with human life, allowing individuals to freely express their true selves. These starkly different perspectives were skillfully crafted to not only inspire harmony in humanity's journey forward but also serve as a cautionary tale about the consequences of misguided actions, particularly relevant for today's youth.
Above all, Showcase LaMode 2023 aims to convey a profound message to its audience: Our life is a fair balance, of compensation and response. What we are doing in reality will be our near future.

With the dedicated efforts of nearly 150 participants, Showcase LaMode 2023 was successfully organized. Its conclusion also marks the end of my rewarding and memorable term as Head of Modeling.

- Checked the monitor and ensured the smooth operation of the models
- Helped with the setup and logistics of the show
- Worked directly with the show executives
Every time I participate in an event, I find myself learning something new. This recent experience was particularly enriching as I collaborated not only with adult Vietnamese models but also with international kid models and designers from Thailand, the Philippines, Brazil, and beyond. It was a great opportunity to put my foreign language skills to good use, and I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge. The designers turned out to be incredibly friendly, and working with the adorable child models was a delight from start to finish.
